Where is your facility located?

We’re located at 2280 N Custer Road in McKinney, Texas 75071. Look for us just slightly north of W University Drive/US Highway 380 on Custer Road where it converges and becomes two lanes. Just turn north at Taco Bueno and Ewing Irrigation. If you need more specific directions from your location visit our facility page.

What security features do you provide?

We provide what we like to call a triple-layer security system. We’re the only facility in town that has electronic, keypad entry into our buildings. Add to that gated, keypad activated access to the gates and 24-hour video surveillance and you’ve got one of the most secure locations around. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our team. We’ll be happy to help.

What are your access hours?

It’s important that you can get to your unit when it works for your schedule. That’s why we provide access hours every day of the week between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. We’ll even work with you to provide 24-hour access if you need it for a special circumstance. Just ask a member of management!

What are your office hours?

We provide office hours six days a week to ensure that you always get the assistance you need no matter when your move takes place. Look for our team between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Even though we’re closed on Sundays, that doesn’t mean we’re not available. Pick up the phone and give us a ring. We’ll answer and provide you with a solution!

How can I pay my bill?

It’s easy to pay your bill at Custer Storage & Business Center.  We accept most major credit and debit cards and checks. To make your rental experience even more convenient, we also offer online bill pay. When you sign up for this service you can simply pay your bill from the comfort of your home on any device with an internet connection. Ask our team about how to sign up!

What is climate control and do I need it?

Many of our interior storage units feature climate control, an option designed to maintain a constant temperature within the unit throughout the year. These units protect your belongings from humidity and moisture build up, ensuring they maintain their value and condition while on our property, making them perfect for your business documents, furniture, antiques, and more. Ask our team about these spaces and we’ll let you know if they are a good fit for your project.

Where can I purchase moving and packing supplies?

Right here in our office, that’s where! We carry a wide selection of moving and packing supplies to make your moving project easier. Get all the boxes, tape, locks, mattress covers, bubble wrap, and labels you could need, all at competitive prices.

Do you have space for business storage?

Absolutely! Business storage is one of the things we do best. We are happy to receive packages and shipments for your business and anything else you might need. Our facility also features a conference room and a business center where you can conduct meetings or take care of a multitude of business tasks.
